The location was perfect, just down the hill from the city center, making it easily accessible to all the attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room had a stunning view of the mountain, and the roof terrace and pool area provided a relaxing space to unwind. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and exceptional service offered at this value for money guesthouse. The manager welcomed us upon arrival and even arranged for a staff member to ensure our safety at night. The area felt safe and we enjoyed a stroll while my husband fetched pizza. We were amazed to find a hot breakfast available early in the morning before our flight, and the complimentary wine for sundowners was a lovely touch. The cottage we stayed in was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. Despite being winter, the garden with lemon trees provided a serene atmosphere. Comparing the cost to the warm hospitality, we highly recommend this guesthouse. a must-stay in Cape Town!

Located in a top central area, Rosedene Guest House provided us with a fantastic stay in Cape Town. The family room was spacious and well-equipped, and the beautiful garden and pool offered a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Despite occasional electricity blackouts , their proactive approach made us feel taken care of. We also benefited from their recommended driver, Tiger, who was punctual, accommodating, and filled our journeys with joy. I highly recommend Rosedene Guest House for its friendly service, convenient location, and great value.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated just below a famous mountain and with easy access to beautiful beaches and the city center. We were able to explore the area and enjoy the local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The hotel itself had a lovely garden with a pool, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were well-presented and had plenty of amenities, including a fridge and plenty of electrical sockets. The complimentary wine during happy hour was a nice touch, and the breakfasts were delicious.

During our stay, we experienced frequent electricity outages due to load shedding. However, we were informed that the hotel was in the process of installing a generator and solar panels to prevent this issue in the future.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the sparkling pool that provided refreshment on hot days. The location was conveniently close to attractions and shops, making it easy to get around without a car. The staff members were also friendly and accommodating.

The hotel had a beautiful garden and pool area, perfect for lounging and enjoying the sun.

There was no designated parking area for guests, which made it a bit inconvenient. Some of the rooms faced a busy road, leading to noise disturbances during the night.
